At Okoa Home, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. If something isn’t quite right, we provide a clear and simple return process to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Our support team is available to assist you throughout the return process.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. This includes products that are faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@okoahome.com and include your order number along with the reason for your request.

Items should be securely repackaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide the return address and detailed instructions for sending the item back. Returns must be shipped using a tracked postal service. Okoa home does not provide return labels, this is the customers responsibility.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at support@okoahome.com Our team will assist you in arranging a suitable exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
